Underground Coal Gasification Permits - Wyoming
Habitat Management Inc. is the lead Consultant for Linc Energy in permitting of this clean coal, Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) facility, using Gas to Liquids (GTL), carbon capture, enhanced oil recovery (EOR), and clean gas energy technology in Wyoming. We have prepared state WDEQ/LQD baseline permitting reports for Wetlands, Soils, Vegetation, Wildlife, Alluvial Valley Floors, and Land Use on five different coal mine permit applications. We have also prepared various sections of the Mine Plan and Reclamation Plan including postmine land use, soil salvage and replacement plans, wildlife habitat restoration plan, raptor mitigation and monitoring plan, revegetation plan, interim vegetation monitoring plan, and bond release monitoring plan. Habitat Management is also providing environmental monitoring and oversight during the construction and operations phase.
