Our staff of scientists is familiar with environmental regulations, including the Clean Water Act, the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act (SMCRA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the national Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). We have extensive experience developing environmental permits, Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and Environmental Assessments (EA).
Other environmental services require impact assessments, soil and overburden management, surface water monitoring, modeling and runoff treatment, erosion inventories and control, and vegetation management.
